What this is. The four summary structures the sessions refer to. Each session ends by producing one of these, you correct it, and the corrected document goes into your Sessions folder as the input to everything that follows.
The summaries are the memory of this method. They are also the reason it stays affordable and coherent: each new session reads four short, verified files rather than four long transcripts.
The instruction that produces any of them
Paste this at the end of a session, with the right section list dropped in:
Summarize this session so the findings can be carried into later sessions and a final report. Write a factual, specific summary of our conversation. Capture concrete findings, numbers, school names, sources, and my own words where they matter. Do not soften critiques and do not add anything that was not in the conversation. Plain text, no markdown symbols, no asterisks, no em-dashes. Use these section headers in capital letters: [PASTE THE SECTION LIST BELOW]. If a section had no coverage in our conversation, write "Not covered in this conversation" under it. Maximum 600 words.

The correction pass
Before any summary is saved, read it against your own knowledge and fix three things in particular:
Figures. Any number the AI carried forward from research, especially competitor tuition and demographic projections. These are the errors that compound quietly, because later sessions treat them as settled.
Characterizations. How a competitor was described, how a sentiment theme was weighted, how your own positioning came out. Confident summary language can harden a directional signal into a stated fact.
Omissions. What you said in the conversation that mattered and did not make the summary. You are the only one who will notice.
Then save it. The corrected summary is the record; the transcript is not.
